Alejandro founded Boscan with a bold vision to revolutionize the construction industry in South Florida by prioritizing genuine relationships, integrity, and transparency. With nearly a decade of experience working on high-profile residential and commercial projects, he has leveraged his expertise in client relations and investor satisfaction to create a company that values trust, open communication, and exceptional results. Alejandro holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Florida International University and a Certified General Contractor license in Florida.

Project Engineer

Valeria brings a wealth of experience in both commercial and residential projects to her work as Project Engineer. She has built her technical expertise and financial insight during her tenure with several top construction firms and showcased her ability to understand client needs and deliver innovative solutions in her previous role at Boscan as Owner Representative in Miami. Valeria holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Florida International University.

Project Manager | Partner

With extensive experience in Strategic Planning and a proven track record in the construction industry in Florida and in Venezuela, Sharif excels in keeping projects on track, adhering to budgets, and meeting schedules. Known for his exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills, he is a trusted partner for our clients. Sharif holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Finance Engineering Certificate from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela.

Assistant Project Manager

Cesar brings a strategic mindset and extensive experience in coordinating on-site operations to his role as Assistant Project Manager. He ensures smooth project execution through meticulous attention to detail and effective multitasking. His ability to integrate technical knowledge with strategic management is crucial for tackling complex projects. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Master’s in Science in Engineering Management.
